--- ## Description The Brandy Lee Leard Memorial Scholarship provides financial support to individuals from the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle who are expecting a baby or are actively parenting. The scholarship is intended to help these students—whether graduating high school seniors, current or returning college students, or GED certificate holders—pursue post-secondary education at trade/vocational schools, community colleges, or accredited universities.
