Description
This grant, funded by the Oncology Nursing Foundation through a grant from the AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation, is designed to empower Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chapters across the United States to develop and implement nurse-led, community-focused breast cancer education and awareness programs. The primary aim is to increase public understanding of breast cancer, promote proactive health behaviors, and extend the reach of awareness campaigns beyond institutional settings. Programs must be open to the broader community and cannot be limited to an institution, hospital, or nurse work setting.
