This program empowers TriHealth Team Members to design, test, and implement innovative projects aimed at improving patient care. Supported by the Clinical Training and Testing Center (CTTC), applicants receive guidance throughout the project lifecycle—from initial proposal and budgeting to final impact reporting. The goal is to develop sustainable, measurable, and scalable improvements that can be adopted across the TriHealth system, particularly at Bethesda Hospitals.
