Description
The Brinson Prize Fellowship Program, administered by The Brinson Foundation in collaboration with the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), is designed to recognize and empower early career researchers in observational cosmology. The fellowship provides up to three years of support for independent postdoctoral research, including salary and an annual research stipend. Fellows are hosted at one of several leading U.S. research institutions and benefit from customized professional development opportunities and science communication training. The program aims to foster innovative, bold research projects that complement space science, such as studies on the first stars, cosmic distance scale, dark matter, and the structure of the universe.
