The Broadmoor LLC. Employee Assistance Fund provides confidential, discretionary grants to current full-time and part-time employees of Broadmoor LLC. who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of medical or catastrophic events. The fund is managed by the Greater New Orleans Foundation and is designed to help employees manage distress or urgent financial needs arising from such events. Grants are considered gifts (not loans) and do not require repayment. Awards are limited to one per rolling calendar year for each qualified event and are subject to the availability of funds and the Foundation's discretion.
