    Description

The Brocher Foundation supports intensive, two- to three-day workshops bringing together experts from different disciplines and countries to explore the ethical, legal, and social implications of medical and technological advances. Held at its estate in Hermance, near Geneva, these meetings provide a collaborative setting for international dialogue among people from academia, public policy circles, and international organizations.

Interdisciplinary projects are particularly encouraged. The Foundation’s Scientific Committee selects topics for their quality, timeliness, and innovation, with the aim of advancing ethical thinking and health policy debates. Organizers and participants are strongly encouraged to share workshop results through scientific articles, public policy briefs, or collective publications.
