The Bronco PI Lab is a professional development initiative at Western Michigan University designed for pre-tenured, tenure-track faculty. The program aims to accelerate academic career advancement by providing semester-long workshops, individualized research coaching, and external mentorship in five core areas: Professional Community, Publications, Innovation, Sponsors, and Research & Scholarship. Participants receive tailored guidance for building networks, achieving research goals, and increasing scholarly productivity.
