Description
The Bronco PI Lab at Western Michigan University is a professional development and mentorship program designed specifically for pre-tenured, tenure-track faculty within their first five years at WMU. The program aims to accelerate participants’ research careers by pairing them with experienced external mentors, providing targeted workshops on research prospecting and grant writing, and fostering campus-wide networking. Participants also receive priority access to proposal review services through Hanover Research. The program is intended to help early-career faculty develop strategic plans for research, achieve key professional milestones, and expand their external funding portfolios.
