Description
The Brownfield Redevelopment Area Grant (BRAG) is a state-funded program administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) to assist eligible entities in revitalizing properties impacted by real or perceived contamination. The grant supports a wide range of activities—identification, planning, assessment, remediation, and remedial closure—to encourage the environmentally responsible redevelopment of blighted sites and the conservation of Tennessee’s valuable land resources.
