Description
The Building Bridges Completion Fund is part of Sundance Institute’s Artist Accelerator Program, launched in 2024 with support from the Doris Duke Foundation. It supports feature films, short films, and episodic projects that amplify both the universality and distinctiveness of U.S. Muslim narratives.
The fund focuses on the high-pressure period between festival acceptance and premiere. Through Post-Production grants or Impact Campaign grants, it helps filmmakers address completion and audience-engagement needs, maximize their festival experience, and build sustainable strategies for distribution. Like other Artist Accelerator Funds, it prioritizes projects where funding can have the greatest impact and act as a catalyst for reaching the next step.
