Description
The Building Healthier Communities Fund was created through a partnership between Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and Hartford Healthcare Corporation, administered by the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation. The fund is designed to enhance economic and community well-being in the Greater Torrington and Winsted areas by supporting nonprofit-led strategies in business growth, education, workforce development, regional partnerships, infrastructure, and population health.
