Description
Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) is an annual, nationally competitive FEMA grant for reducing hazards before disasters occur. The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) lists it among the non-disaster programs administered by its Mitigation Branch.
