Description
The Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) supports small to medium-size construction and renovation projects that improve Oklahomans’ access to healthy foods and beverages. Three funding tracks address established farmers’ markets, established food pantries and PreK–12 school nutrition settings. Supported improvements include refrigeration, water stations, accessible pathways, cafeteria renovations, kitchen equipment and school gardens.
Projects must be geographically focused, time-limited and supported by multiple partners, with local data and community input demonstrating the need. TSET seeks safe, accessible facilities that serve children, older adults and people with disabilities. The program emphasizes construction readiness, public accessibility, measurable impact and maintenance beyond the grant period, in alignment with TSET’s mission and strategic plan.
