The Bullis Fund, managed by the Rochester Area Community Foundation, was established to support initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents of Wayne County, New York—particularly in the Town of Macedon and the area served by the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District. Reflecting the legacy of Jeanette ‘Nettie’ Bullis, the fund seeks to provide a “hand up” rather than a “hand out,” prioritizing projects that demonstrate significant community impact, require matching or leveraged financial support, and show potential for long-term sustainability.
