Description
The Business in Our Sites (BOS) program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), provides grants and loans to empower Pennsylvania communities to attract and support growing or expanding businesses. The focus is on creating shovel-ready sites by funding activities required for site preparation and infrastructure improvements, targeting both previously utilized and undeveloped properties that are zoned and planned for development. The program aims to build an inventory of ready-to-develop sites that stimulate economic growth, excluding projects that are primarily residential or recreational.
