Description
The Business in Our Sites (BOS) program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), provides financial assistance to help communities and eligible organizations develop shovel-ready sites to attract growing or expanding businesses. Funding is available for site acquisition and development, infrastructure improvements, and related activities that enhance the readiness and marketability of properties zoned for business use. The program focuses on speculative projects involving the redevelopment of previously utilized or undeveloped land, excluding projects primarily for residential or recreational purposes.
