Description
The Business Outreach and Education Fund (BOEF) is an initiative of the City of Seattle's Office of Labor Standards. Its purpose is to partner with organizations that can effectively reach and serve Seattle’s diverse business communities—especially those typically underserved by traditional outreach—to provide education, resources, and guidance regarding local labor standards. The fund aims to increase awareness and compliance with Seattle labor laws, build capacity among community organizations, and foster trust and collaboration between the city, businesses, and business-serving organizations.
