--- ## Description The Butterfly Fund at the East Tennessee Foundation honors the memory of Emily Barger and Maddie Harrill, supporting efforts to raise awareness and generate support for childhood cancers, especially pediatric oncology. The fund provides grants for projects that advance research, clinical trials, innovative treatments, palliative care, family assistance, and outreach or training for patients and medical staff, all aimed at improving outcomes and quality of life for children with cancer.
