Description
This immersive leadership program, hosted by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, is designed to empower Indigenous women and those working with Indigenous communities to strengthen their leadership skills during times of global and social change. Through deep listening, storytelling, and land-based learning, the program is guided by Elders and centers on reconnecting with ancestral knowledge, expanding feminine wisdom, and transforming challenges into strengths. Participants will engage in holistic practices that nurture well-being, self-awareness, and relational leadership within a supportive and sacred environment. The curriculum emphasizes revitalizing feminine leadership, centering Indigenous wisdom, and fostering transformational change through collaboration, culture, and ceremony.
