This immersive program, hosted by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, is designed to revitalize Indigenous feminine leadership by centering Indigenous wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and holistic, land-based learning. Guided by Elders and experienced facilitators, participants engage in deep listening, truth-telling, and cultural teachings in a sacred environment. The curriculum focuses on reconnecting with purpose, embracing responsibilities, and cultivating relational leadership through collaboration, partnership, and the revival of ancestral practices. The program is held in person at the Banff Centre campus and includes ceremonies, land-based learning, and community-building activities.
