This immersive, in-person program at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is designed to support and empower Indigenous women leaders. Through a week-long curriculum grounded in Indigenous wisdom, land-based learning, storytelling, and cultural ceremonies guided by respected Elders and faculty, participants are encouraged to reconnect with their purpose and responsibilities. The program fosters transformational change, revitalizes feminine leadership, and provides a sacred space for sharing traditional and spiritual teachings to help participants transform challenges into strengths and envision a brighter future for their communities.
