Description
The Cameron Shawn Buchanan Memorial Scholarship Fund, administered by the Amarillo Area Foundation, supports graduating seniors at Caprock High School as they continue their education. Recipients may pursue any major at a college or university of their choice, rather than being limited to a particular field of study.
The scholarship is included among the foundation’s county-specific scholarship opportunities, with Potter and Randall counties listed. The foundation uses a shared general application that allows students to apply for multiple scholarships at once. Its application system determines scholarship eligibility from the information applicants provide.
