Description
Cancer Grand Challenges is a biennial, high-impact funding initiative led by Cancer Research UK and the US National Cancer Institute, designed to address the most complex and persistent obstacles in cancer research. The program brings together international, interdisciplinary teams to propose bold, innovative solutions to specific, pre-defined cancer research challenges that cannot be solved by any single scientist, institution, or country. The initiative funds transformative research spanning the full breadth of cancer science, from basic discovery to translational and clinical impact, with the goal of making major advances in cancer understanding, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
