Description
The CAP Implementation Block Grant, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), is designed to streamline and support the annual implementation of Countywide Action Plans (CAPs) as part of Pennsylvania’s Phase 3 Watershed Implementation Plan. This program provides counties within the Chesapeake Bay watershed with flexible, annual block funding to prioritize and execute projects that achieve targeted reductions in nutrient and sediment pollution.
