Description
Fairfield County’s Community Foundation Strategic Grants are designed to support nonprofits that align with the Foundation’s Fairfield County Forward strategic plan. The program aims to address systemic inequities and promote equitable opportunities for residents who have historically faced barriers to thriving. Grants are awarded to organizations with the potential to create meaningful, lasting change by transforming unfair systems and structures. Funding is available through multiple pools, including Strategic Partner Grants (invitation-only, for highly aligned organizations with a strong history of partnership) and Community Impact Grants (open to nonprofits with a streamlined process). Additional rolling opportunities exist for capacity building, food security, and women & girls-focused projects.
