Description
Capacity Building Grants from Fairfield County’s Community Foundation are designed to help nonprofit organizations serving Fairfield County, Connecticut, strengthen their internal infrastructure and capabilities. The program focuses on advancing organizational effectiveness through leadership development, strategic planning, technology upgrades, impact measurement, and other essential systems that foster long-term sustainability and resilience. The grants are intended to support nonprofits in addressing systemic inequities and improving outcomes for underserved residents, in alignment with the Foundation’s equity-focused strategic plan.
