Description
The Capacity Building Grants program, offered by the Rhode Island Foundation, is designed to help nonprofit organizations and fiscally sponsored groups strengthen their infrastructure and technical capabilities. The grant supports projects that address critical community priorities and focus areas identified in the Foundation’s Five-Year Action Plan, such as board governance, strategic planning, communications, technology upgrades, and fund development. Emphasizing inclusiveness, accessibility, and equity, the program aims to empower organizations to more effectively serve Rhode Island communities and address systemic inequities.
