The Delaware Community Foundation’s Capital Project Grants support nonprofit facilities serving communities across all three Delaware counties. Part of DCF’s Community Impact Grants, the program funds acquisition, final-stage design, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and other capital improvements that help nonprofits operate efficiently and effectively.
The program’s purpose goes beyond repairing or renovating a building. An ideal project helps an already strong organization serve its community better and creates a lasting, positive impact on the population it serves. Applicants explain how the proposed improvement advances their mission, addresses community barriers, and helps people benefit equitably and thrive.
