--- ## Description This grant supports the development and scale-up of innovations to facilitate the implementation of the EU Carbon Removals and Carbon Farming (CRCF) Regulation. It aims to integrate advanced digital technologies—such as machine learning, AI, blockchain, Earth observation, and IoT—into carbon farming certification, harmonize data collection and verification, and reduce the administrative burden for operators. The program emphasizes open-access resources for models, sampling protocols, and datasets to strengthen sustainability benchmarks and greenhouse gas inventories.
