Description
This fellowship provides intensive, hands-on training in the evaluation and management of advanced heart failure, with a focus on innovative cardiac replacement strategies such as device support, cardiac transplantation, and mechanical circulatory device therapy. Fellows gain experience with a broad range of clinical scenarios, including diagnostic evaluation, chronic disease management, surgical and percutaneous interventions, and end-of-life care. The program also includes exposure to clinical research, teaching opportunities, and mentorship from expert faculty within Mayo Clinic’s collaborative academic environment.
