Description
This grant supports women seeking to enter, transition into, or advance within fields where they are underrepresented, with a particular emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and leadership roles. Funding is provided for short-term, accredited certificate or training programs that lead to tangible employment outcomes or career advancement within 6–12 months. The program aims to address gender disparities in technical and executive professions and welcomes applications from women pursuing leadership development in any field where women are underrepresented at the leadership level.
