This program facilitates the participation of students and educators in the American Musicological Society (AMS) annual meeting, specifically supporting those with a strong interest in American music. Recipients receive complimentary registration to the annual meeting and take part in specialized sessions within the American Music track, as well as cohort activities designed to foster professional growth and expand knowledge in the field. The initiative aims to deepen participants’ understanding of American music and help them build professional networks through targeted programming and collaborative opportunities at the AMS annual meeting. For online meetings, only registration is covered (travel support is not provided).
