--- ## Description The ESA Foundation Career Enhancement Grant is intended to help individuals in the United States advance their professional skills and opportunities by funding participation in approved training, seminars, or workshops, as well as the purchase of materials or equipment required for certified job training. The program aims to foster career growth by enabling access to resources that directly enhance recipients' professional capabilities.
