The Careers in Hematology Advancement Mentorship Program (CHAMP), offered by the American Society of Hematology (ASH), is designed to support first- and second-year pediatric and adult hematology/oncology fellows in the United States who are interested in clinical careers in either classical or malignant hematology. The program delivers a structured, year-long mentorship experience that includes both virtual and in-person activities, such as retreats at ASH Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and networking sessions at the ASH annual meeting.
