The Careers in Hematology Advancement Mentorship Program (CHAMP) is a year-long initiative by the American Society of Hematology (ASH) designed to support first- or second-year pediatric and adult hematology/oncology fellows interested in clinical careers in classical or malignant hematology. The program addresses the need for robust mentorship by matching fellows with external mentors and providing both virtual and in-person activities, including retreats at ASH Headquarters and networking at the ASH annual meeting.
