Description
The Carol R. Brown Creative Achievement Awards, administered by the Pittsburgh Foundation and co-sponsored by The Heinz Endowments, annually recognize two professional artists—one Established Artist and one Emerging Artist—living and working in southwestern Pennsylvania.
