The Caroline and Martin Gross Fellowship honors individuals for exemplary public service in New Hampshire, enabling one recipient each year to attend the three-week Senior Executives in State and Local Government summer seminar at Harvard Kennedy School. The fellowship was established to celebrate the legacies of Caroline and Martin Gross, both of whom dedicated their careers to public service in New Hampshire.
