--- ## Description The Carroll County Foundation, affiliated with Stark Community Foundation, provides annual competitive grants to nonprofit organizations and government entities for projects that address the evolving needs of Carroll County, Ohio. The Foundation seeks to foster positive community impact by funding a wide range of local initiatives, from education and the arts to social services and community development.
