Description
The Catalyst Program, administered in New Hampshire by the Department of Business & Economic Affairs (BEA), is the state’s channel for the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) flagship grant program. The initiative funds projects that drive economic and community development across eligible rural counties in New Hampshire. Supported project types include modernization and expansion of water and wastewater systems, revitalization of transportation infrastructure, workforce development programs and facilities, growth of the outdoor recreation economy, and construction of new childcare and healthcare facilities.
