This program provides $10,000 practice-based fellowships to 25 individual artists annually in central Arkansas and the Arkansas Delta. In addition to direct funding, the program offers one-on-one mentoring, professional development, and a strategic planning retreat to help artists define and achieve their own measures of success. Artists from any discipline are eligible, and funds can be used flexibly to support their overall creative practice—including for equipment, travel, studio space, childcare, research, and living expenses. The program emphasizes mentorship, collaborative peer learning, and self-determined artistic growth.
