The CDBG Industrial Infrastructure Grant Program provides funding to Missouri local governments to develop essential public infrastructure that supports industrial growth and job creation. Projects may include construction or improvement of streets, water and sewer lines, engineering, and other public facilities needed to attract new industrial operations, expand existing ones, or prevent closures and relocations. All funded infrastructure must be publicly owned and designed to facilitate private sector job creation and economic development.
