Description
The CERA Fellowship is a yearlong, part-time professional development opportunity for one faculty member in family medicine, offered by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM). The fellow works closely with the CERA Steering Committee, gaining hands-on experience in research methodology, survey development, academic leadership, and mentorship. Participants are expected to attend key meetings (including the STFM Annual Spring Conference), mentor peers, contribute to publications, and engage in the full cycle of CERA survey activities. The fellowship is designed to cultivate future scholarly leaders in family medicine.
