Description
The CERA Fellowship, offered by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, provides a unique, yearlong, part-time opportunity for one family medicine faculty member to collaborate closely with the CERA Steering Committee. The fellowship is designed to cultivate future scholarly leaders in family medicine by offering targeted mentorship and training in research methodology, survey design, data analysis, and academic leadership. Fellows participate in committee activities, gain hands-on experience in survey development, and mentor other faculty, building a strong foundation for ongoing academic and research leadership.
