Description
This program offers financial incentives to support the installation of Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging ports at workplaces, multi-unit dwellings (MUDs), and hotels/motels throughout New York State. Higher incentives are available for projects located within designated Disadvantaged Communities (DACs), and additional bonus incentives can be earned by undertaking actions that further promote EV adoption, such as hosting educational events or offering free charging. The initiative aims to accelerate EV infrastructure deployment and encourage broader EV adoption, with an emphasis on equity and access.
