Description
The Bank of America Charitable Foundation’s local grant program supports nonprofit partnerships that spur economic mobility, advance leadership and support opportunity for all. It seeks meaningful, sustainable progress in communities where the bank’s employees live and work. Funding supports programs, services and general operations aligned with four priorities: basic needs, income creation, stable housing and empowering communities.
Supported work can include social services such as homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Environmental organizations may apply when their work connects with employment, energy-efficient housing or community resiliency. Arts organizations may also fit when they demonstrate alignment with income creation or empowering communities.
