Description
The Charles A. King Trust Postdoctoral Fellowship Program supports researchers in the mid-to-late stages of training as they work toward becoming independent biomedical investigators. Administered by Health Resources in Action, the program funds basic, preclinical, clinical, and implementation research focused on understanding human disease and improving its treatment.
The program also seeks scientific leaders who contribute to the wider research community, foster diverse, equitable, and inclusive research environments, and promote positive research culture. Dedicated fellowships supported by the Sarah Elizabeth O’Brien Trust and the Simeon J. Fortin Charitable Foundation support cancer or vision research; applicants in these areas are particularly encouraged to apply.
