Description
The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Core Services Program is funded by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and administered by its Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE). It supports technical assistance aligned with North Carolina’s Professional Development Framework for Continuous Quality Improvement, a professional development learning community for current and aspiring child care directors, and a resource hub for families receiving child care.
The program aims to help families make informed choices and enroll children in high-quality early care and education. It also gives early educators access to professional development and consultation to improve instructional practices and overall operations. Services cover North Carolina’s Eastern, South Central, North Central, and Western regions.
