Description
This program aims to enhance the well-being and community participation of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN), including those with medical complexity (CMC), by establishing and maintaining a national research network. The funded network will generate evidence-based solutions, develop and test interventions, and improve measurement approaches related to the health, well-being, and engagement of CYSHCN and their families. The ultimate goal is to integrate these solutions into services and supports to help these children thrive across their lifespan.
