Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s Chloride Reduction Grants program funds projects aimed at reducing chloride pollution in Minnesota communities where wastewater or surface waters have elevated chloride levels. Grantees are expected to provide technical and financial assistance, develop and implement chloride reduction strategies at the source, and conduct community education and outreach to ensure long-term, sustainable reductions.
