Description
The Maryland Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC) Annual Request for Applications (RFA) is a recurring, competitive grant program administered by the Maryland Department of Health. This opportunity provides substantial funding to support projects that address health equity, health disparities, and social determinants of health (SDOH) in Maryland. The RFA encourages proposals that foster sustainable partnerships among community organizations, support safety net providers, and align with state initiatives such as ENOUGH and AHEAD.
