    Description

The Consortium for History of Science, Technology and Medicine offers three annual fellowship programs supporting scholarship in the history of science, technology, and medicine. The Consortium is an international partnership of research libraries, museums, archives, and universities. Its fellowships prioritize projects with the potential to make a novel contribution to scholarship and connect researchers with its member institutions’ collections and scholarly community.

Research Fellowships support work using collections at multiple member institutions. Dissertation Completion Fellowships support advanced doctoral candidates finishing dissertations on the history of the natural or social sciences in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Emanuel Fellowships support independent scholars conducting or writing up research in the history of science, technology, or medicine, broadly construed.
