The Circle Grant Program from ArtsWave provides seed funding for arts and cultural projects that promote and celebrate Black and African American arts experiences in the Cincinnati region. Designed to foster diversity, inclusion, and social impact, these project grants support the development of new programming or enhancement of existing initiatives, with the goal of deepening community engagement and advancing ArtsWave’s Blueprint for Collective Action. Funding is made possible by donations specifically designated for engaging Black and African American communities in the arts.
