ArtsWave’s Circle Grants provide seed funding for projects that promote and celebrate Black and African American arts experiences in the Cincinnati region. The goal is to foster a more vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic community by supporting new or enhanced programming that engages diverse communities in the arts. Funded projects should align with ArtsWave’s Blueprint for Collective Action, advancing social impact, cultural inclusivity, and community engagement. Grants are made possible by contributions to the ArtsWave Community Campaign, specifically designated for engaging Black and African American communities through innovative arts initiatives.
