Description
Circuit Rider Grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources help county and municipal governments and eligible multi-municipal agencies hire full-time staff for regional park, recreation, and conservation work. The program builds the staffing capacity needed to plan and deliver services across communities.
Supported roles may include a multi-municipal recreation and parks director, a county greenway and open space coordinator, or a trail planner developing a regional trail network. Alongside salary support, grants can cover approved training and mentoring expenses connected to the position.
