Description
The City of Rockville Flood Mitigation Assistance Program, delivered in partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Trust, provides matching reimbursement funds to property owners and associations in Rockville, MD for improvements that reduce the risk of future flood damage. Eligible projects include a wide range of flood mitigation and floodproofing practices, such as window and door protection, sump pumps, utility elevation, exterior barriers, and general flood-stoppage equipment. The program aims to increase community resilience by supporting residents and organizations that invest in flood protection measures.
