--- ## Description The City of Rockville Flood Mitigation Assistance Program, managed by the Chesapeake Bay Trust in partnership with the City of Rockville, offers financial assistance to property owners who have implemented flood mitigation measures to protect their properties from future flooding events. The program reimburses up to half the cost (maximum $5,000) for approved improvements designed to seal and protect windows, doors, basements, utilities, home exteriors, and to install general flood-stoppage equipment.
