Description
The C.J. Alexopoulos Prize is an annual award from the Mycological Society of America (MSA) recognizing an outstanding mycologist early in their career. It honors contributions already made to mycology through published research rather than supporting a proposed research project. The primary basis for evaluation is the quality, originality, and quantity of the nominee’s published work.
