Description
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) runs this grant within its Equity and Access Grant Program, using funds appropriated from the Aliso Canyon Recovery Account. It supports community-based outreach and education in Los Angeles County about the Technology for Equipment and Clean Heating (TECH) Initiative, building decarbonization, electrification technologies, healthy homes, and related health impacts. The aim is to increase residents’ awareness of clean heating and help them access TECH Clean California incentives.
Projects may deliver multilingual workshops, grassroots outreach, educational materials, and assistance with TECH participation.
